Reading books is what I love to do in my spare time. I remember in my teenage and recent years how I love to finish reading a book. The only problem that I have encountered in preventing me to read more books and finish it are my priority tasks in life.
In terms of financial, I was raised not with a golden spoon. Although my family are rich in spirit I can say that we are not rich financially. I am grateful that God did not let my family down. We are four siblings and we are very thankful that my parents raised us well. We all graduated in college despite having financial problems knowing that providing proper education to children is expensive.
To help our parents, my siblings and I work together to achieve our goals. Most of us are scholars, working students, and we do our best to support each other in every way. How I envy my fellow classmates if they go for gimmick anytime they want or buy things they love from their parent’s pocket. That was before.
Today I have been picking some of the fruits I planted. It is not that much but I am happy and contented. I know that there are many things that will be coming in my way especially now that I am a parent. My passion for my dreams are always burning. No one can block my way. I believe with God’s embrace I can attain my dreams and goals in life.
Anyway, I am currently reading “How to Conquer Your Goliaths” by Bo Sanchez. It was a Christmas present last year from my best friend Marilou who is a nun. Thank you so much Sister Malou! You always inspired me.
