It is Friday again, mostly people are excited when this day comes especially office employees because it is the end of the week of hard work and the start of Gimik at night (going at night for a date to relax with friends, colleagues or loved ones). I remember when I was an office girl before my colleagues often go out to relax through malling, watching movies in big screen, partying at the bar and some preferred to have a sweet dinner date with a special someone. Usually with these pleasurable activities we ate and drink too much that can lead to a high in sugar, sodium and cholesterol. These are badly for our health so to at least prevent too much intake of high in sugar, sodium and fatty cholesterol, I would like to suggest that during those times please drink a lot of water if you ate too much or drink a lot of alcohol beverages some will be wash-out when you urinate and drinking a lot of water will makes you feel a fuller stomach which helps you to avoid eating too much.
