Because of the good benefits of watermelon,  it is really good to eat this fruit and I also discovered that it is low in calories good for a healthy diet. For only a cup of watermelon of approximately 46 calories you can replace your high calorie food cravings with this sweet fruit and you can control your healthy diet. It is also good to eat during summer as it quenches thirst and can help to replenish body fluids.
